Database and files are hosted exclusively in European data centers (Belgium, Netherlands, Finland). No candidate, client or conversation data ever leaves the European Union.
Each company’s data is separated and isolated. Every request must present a signed identity: a user cannot access another client’s data, not even through a configuration mistake.
Candidate CVs and conversations are used only to deliver the service. They are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
GDPR compliance built in from the design stage. User credentials are never stored by us: access management is delegated to Google Firebase Authentication (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II).
